Terms and conditions.

• 1. Items from our catalogue are made to order. Customers requiring alternative items must provide an approved suitable pattern clear of any paint.
• 2. There is an overall shrinkage of about 1% of the castings when copied from an original pattern.
• 3. Lead time varies due to work load. The leading time for every order will start from receipt of 50% deposit or full payment confirmation.
• 4. Any customer pattern kept for longer than 9 months will be destroyed by us, unless a written storage request is arranged.
